I am Kavya Kalur, a passionate artist who found her way into the world of acting through the enchanting realm of theatre while simultaneously exploring the captivating universe of modelling. My journey is a unique blend of engineering and the arts, with over five years of experience as an artist. I switched gears from a successful aerospace engineering career to follow my passion for acting in 2022.
I have explored the nuances of acting at CATT Intensive in Greece, earned a Diploma in Acting from Actor Prepares in Mumbai, and refined my skills at London's prestigious LAMDA. My talents extend beyond acting to healthcare clowning, Bharatanatyam, Yakshagana, kickboxing, and action choreography, enhancing my stage presence.
Recent achievements include winning the Best Actress award at the IFH Short Film Festival in 2023 and portraying iconic characters on stage. My journey embodies the transformative power of pursuing one's dreams, and I'm here to inspire and captivate audiences with my performances in theatre and film.
